This position is contingent upon award of contract. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 5 years of relevant experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) and 11 years of relevant experience. - Final Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook). Duties: - Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Biometrics/IT systems. - Manage system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. - Provide support to systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. - Optimize system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. - Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process. - Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. - Additional duties as assigned.
