IT Security Specialist IV

Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking an IT Security Specialist IV to work out of Clarksburg, WV.
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Requirements:
- Final Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 8 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 15 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Working knowledge of several of the following areas is required: understanding of business security practices and procedures; knowledge of current security tools available; hardware/software security implementation; different communication protocols; encryption techniques/tools; familiarity with commercial products, and current Internet/EC technology.
Duties:
- Provide technical support to design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to security requirements.
- Responsible for the implementation and development of the Biometrics IT security.
- Gather and organizes technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the biometrics arena.
- Perform risk analyses which also includes risk assessment.
- Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security.
- Provide support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design and implementation of security related to IT systems.
-Additional duties as assigned.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required.
